Terms of Service
Please read before submitting commission requests. By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following rules.
I reserve the right to decline a request with no formal reasoning.

I will not be held responsible for mistakes in finished artwork due to incorrect or missing information.

All payments must be in USD to be accepted. All other currency will not be accepted. Invoice will be issued via PayPal.

Full payment is due prior to any work being started unless otherwise discussed, and is non-refundable if work has already been started. Please remember I'm also a human being putting my time into it.

I reserve the right to adjust pricing, rules, and commissioning info as I see fit.

I reserve all rights to the artwork and its distribution/use. All work is for non-commercial purposes.

Only a digital copy will be given–no physical copies are made, and the art file will not be distributed.

I reserve the right to work within a reasonable time frame, and will update you if something significant comes up. Again, I'm human and have a life outside of art. Please be nice to people.
COMMISSION INFO
WILL draw:
- Anthro furries (only certain species will be accepted. Please message to discuss.)
- OC's (with sufficient references)
- sfw / cute (please refer to my Instagram)WILL NOT draw:
- Mechas, weapons, machinery
- Gore, self-harm, suicide
- Extreme fetishes/kinks (but tamer ones can be discussed)
REVISIONS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the artwork and the time and resources put into it, I do not offer refunds once work has been started.Minor revisions may be made only if these are details that were specified at the time of agreement. Any additional details/major revisions may result in an additional charge or being left out entirely.Revisions must preferably be made during sketch/lineart stage.
DISTRIBUTION
Artwork will be shared via Google Drive link for you to download.Once the work is finished you are welcome to:
- Upload the artwork to free-to-view or public accounts; please give me credit
- Use the artwork as a profile picture (with credit to me)You may not:
- Heavily edit the artwork
- Trace and redistribute as yours
- Use for any commercial purposes
- Remove my signature/watermark
